1. 01 —

   CV selection and pearl hunting

   We carefully review all CVs submitted by candidates. If your skills and experience match our needs, we’ll email you a few introductory questions and a link to schedule a screening meeting.

2. 02 —

   Screening meeting

   During this 30-minute call, we’ll get to know each other better. We’ll discuss your job expectations, review your skills and experience, and assess your English proficiency. This is also a great opportunity for you to learn about our values and working at Happy Team.

3. 03 —

   Technical interview

   This is a 45-minute online meeting led by Emil, our CTO. We’ll focus on your technical and problem-solving skills to ensure you have strong engineering instincts. This meeting is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions about the technical aspects of the project and your future responsibilities. If you perform well in the technical interview, we’ll send your profile to our client. After a positive assessment on their side, you’ll be invited to a final meeting with them.

4. 04 —

   Meeting the client

   The meeting is conducted by the professionals who will work closely with you. This additional call lasts between 30 to 60 minutes and allows both you and the client to assess whether your expectations align in terms of culture fit and the project. After this meeting, we’ll give you a call to inform you of the final results of the recruitment process.
